  • Access is usually provided instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment.
  • No physical shipping is required for digital products.

2. Physical Products (NFC Cards)

  • NFC business cards are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner, typically 5–10 working days within India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
  • Any additional charges such as taxes or courier fees will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
  • Sikotar Graphic is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped, if available.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect NFC card, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • Eligible issues will be resolved through replacement at our discretion.
