Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services

All services provided by Sikotar Graphic are digital in nature. Once a digital business card, NFC service, or subscription is activated, it is considered delivered.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for digital services are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial usage, unused periods, or change of mind.

3. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will continue until the current plan period ends.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical failure where service was not delivered (verified by our team)

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
